The G!Hunku Crafts & Cultural Centre is a community upliftment initiative using craft making as an income generator, spearheaded by the surrounding community albeit largely women. Located in Tsumkwe, Namibia, the crafts making are a heavily embedded cultural skill that is passed down to through generations of families. The centre is a makers platform facilitating spaces for exhibition of handmade crafts, product management services for the makers, wholesale & dispatch areas of craft products, as well as being a tourism information point for tourists visiting the Tsumkwe area.
