This townhouse proposal of 70 units cater for a medium to low income public in a popular Windhoek suburb. The economical and shared wall units based on 3 bedroom layouts were developed for either north or south entrance opportunities. Site design was focussed on maximising used space but also retaining the natural riverbed and vegetation for sustainability reasons and giving access to recreation and garden opportunities.
